Are you Insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  We are fully insured in the event of injury due to our gross 
 negligence or malfunction of our equipment.  This statement in no way 
 implies legal responsibility. Please read your rental agreement. Our 
 coverage is a 2 million dollar aggregate insurance policy.

Please note: All individuals and/or companies that rent a bounce house 
 are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. We CAN NOT set up 
 a bounce house until the liability waiver is signed by an adult.

Question 2

Does Eazy Rentals charge extra for delivery and setup?

Accepted Answer

We’ll deliver, set up and remove the equipment for $80.00 if the location is 
 within 20 miles of zip code 21244. If the event address is more than 20 
 miles away, an additional delivery fee will apply.

What is your Weather Policy?

Accepted Answer

Weather cancellations can only be decided upon the morning of the rental 
 due to the ever-changing nature of weather forecasts. If the local weather 
 is calling for RAIN or winds of 20 mph or more on that day, both you and 
 Eazy Rentals can agree BEFORE delivery, that it will be unsafe to use 
 the rental equipment (including moonbounces, tents, tables, chairs) and the event should be cancelled. In which case your deposit will be refunded or applied to another day.

No Refunds will be provided once the we arrive for set up.

Question 4

Is the mechanical Bull safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes, But the following guidlines should be observed.
The Bull is Designed to Throw People Off.
You should NOT ride if you have any concerns for your safety with the regards to being thrown off the bull.

 • IF YOU ARE PREGNANT, HAVE PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENTS, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, HEART CONDITIONS, RECENT SURGERY, OR NECK AND BACK CONDITIONS, YOU SHOULD NOT RIDE THE BULL.

 • ALL PERSONS MUST BE ABLE TO GET ON THE BULL WITHOUT ASSISTANCE FROM OTHERS.

 • RIDERS MUST HAVE UPPER AND LOWER BODY CONTROL AND BE ABLE TO SIT UPRIGHT.

 • PERSONS WHO ARE VISIBLY ILL OR UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL ARE NOT PERMITTED TO RIDE.

 • ALL LOOSE ARTICLES MUST BE LEFT WITH A NON-RIDER OR IN A STORAGE BIN (CELL PHONES, LOOSE/HANGING JEWELRY, GLASSES, PURSES, ETC.).

 • EAZY RENTALS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL ARTICLES LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED WHILE RIDING.
 • NO SHOES ALLOWED IN THE BULL ARENA.

 • RIDERS MUST BE FULLY CLOTHED WITH PROPER ATTIRE.

 • 1- Box of Spoons (200 Spoons)
